︎The winery Hans Igler has been an Austrian-based family business for over 50 years - since 2020 in third generation. As part of this change, a new brand image with the aim to illustrate their key role at the forefront of wine production was created. The logo is based on a modern, sans serif font that we reworked with slight bends. The result: an elegant, reduced design - striking, yet quality-conscious.
The heart of the winery is the restored estate, called Schaflerhof. Under its roof, their wine matures in barrique barrels for several years - an elementary part of the wine making process. All the more reason for us to put it on display. The characteristic shape of the roof is taken up by the signet and complements the whole appearance of the brand. It serves as a hallmark for the exquisite taste of their wines as well as an eye catcher.
The redesign of their labels creates a connection between the past, present and future of the brand. The high quality of the wine is due to the interplay of a variety of factors: the force of nature, manual labor and great craftsmanship. The individual parts of each label reflect this principle. The targeted use of color to code each type of wine not only serves as a guide in their product world - the bottles immediately attract attention and are easy to find in retail. Carefully selected materials and subtle refinements of the labels emphasize on the attentive and nature-loving processing of the wine.
